Returns & Exchanges

Our returns and exchange policy lasts for 30 days from the date your order is received.

We are only able to offer refunds or exchanges for items that are:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Defective upon arrival

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must have been purchased directly from www.hilleryandson.com
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened bottles or used products
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers or sellers
  • Sale or discounted items

Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (CCR), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please note:

  • We can only accept cancellations and issue refunds for unopened products
  • Opened products are not eligible for cancellation refunds under the CCR regulations

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring returned goods arrive safely
  • For items valued over £60, we recommend using a tracked delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking
